Jewelry is expensive and requires extremely high levels of detail. SHAREGEMS^® attaches great importance to quality control in the jewelry processing process and has implemented a comprehensive jewelry processing quality control system.

In the design phase of jewelry, SHAREGEMS^® ensures that raw materials undergo quality testing to ensure that all raw materials (such as gemstones, metals, etc.) meet quality standards, are flawless, and meet purity standards; All gemstones must be appraised to confirm their authenticity, type, color, clarity, cut, etc.

During the design and molding stage of jewelry, SHAREGEMS^® will review the design draft to ensure that it meets customer requirements and has no design errors; And inspect the prototype of the design, checking the accuracy and details of the wax or metal prototype to ensure no defects.

During the casting and forming stages of jewelry, SHAREGEMS^® conducts casting inspections to check for bubbles, cracks, or other casting defects; And inspect the size and shape to ensure that the castings meet the design specifications.

During the polishing and polishing stage of jewelry, SHAREGEMS^® will inspect the surface for smoothness, no scratches, or residual sandpaper marks after polishing; Check after polishing to ensure that the metal surface is shiny, without scratches or stains.

In the stage of jewelry inlay, SHAREGEMS^® will check whether the gemstones are firmly inlaid and whether there is a risk of looseness; And verify whether the appearance of the inlay is symmetrical, whether the inlay is beautiful, and whether it does not obstruct the luster of the gemstone.

During the plating and coloring stage of jewelry, SHAREGEMS^® will inspect the uniformity of the plating to ensure that it covers evenly without peeling or color difference; And check if the thickness of the coating meets the standards as needed.

SHAREGEMS^® will inspect the detail processing of jewelry products to ensure that the welding points are smooth and seamless, without cracks or rough edges; And ensure that the details are fine, without any excess or missing parts.

Next, SHAREGEMS^® will conduct a final inspection of the quality of the jewelry. Check whether the size and weight of the finished product meet the specifications; For movable jewelry such as pendants, bracelets, etc., ensure that they function properly; And conduct tests for wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. to ensure the durability of the jewelry.

Finally, SHAREGEMS^® will inspect the packaging and labeling of jewelry. Ensure that jewelry packaging meets brand standards and protects jewelry from damage; The information on labels and certificates (such as metal type, gemstone weight, etc.) must be accurate and without error.

Every piece of jewelry from SHAREGEMS^® has quality control records that document the quality inspection results at every step of the jewelry processing process for easy tracking and quality improvement.
